CELL C STAFF INCOMPETENT

In 2005 I had a contract with Cell C, it was subsequently settled in 2006. This is 7 years ago!

In 2011, attorneys called me to say Cell C handed me over. I contacted Cell C, and after a month of commuincation I eventually get a paid up letter on Cell C letterhead from Sibusiso Thabethe.
The credit controller involved to sort out the mess was Dineo Riba. The dispute was apparently settled.

On 11 March 2013, Debt Management services, contact person S. Mdolo tells me again Cell C have handed me over. I had to dig up all emails and paid up letters etc and sent email to Debt management services, and the following people at Cell C, Janelle Patience, Sibusiso Thabethe and Dineo Riba as they had all handled my case before.
I have had no response 7 days later from either Debt Management and Cell C.

I then sent an email to the general customer service on Cell C website, received an automated reply on 14 March 2013 stating that a consultant will contact me, 6 Days later still no contact.

I am so sick and tired of the incompetence of staff at Cell C. I just want this matter settled once and for all and no more attorneys phoning me in the following 7 years!!!
