Easy to take money but poor service delivery

Hi there

I have booked my data stick in for repairs at the V&A waterfront about three to four weeks ago because it just stopped working for no reason.

When I went to the store, I just started to explain what is wrong and before I could even tell my full story, Jodi interrupted me and told me that my stick is not broken because my data is finished. She did not listen to me and her response irritated me because I could not even tell her what is wrong with my stick. I was still speaking to her when she just started to speak to another client.

Then they booked my stick in for repairs and said I will get it back in three weeks time. This boggled my mind as I still had to pay the fees for the month but was not able to use the data.

Then I complained about the attitude and this on your face book page. I was asked when they can contact me and I informed them after 17h30 as I am unable to take calls during the day.

Never received the promised call and send another message to request that someone gives me feedback.

I then got a call from someone about two weeks after but I was in hospital and just asked the guy to get my data stick fixed. Still not fixed and still waitin
