Quickly browsing other complaints reveals that many MTN customers have experienced this digital.
After my 2 year contract expired I have opted to continue with prepaid, and have been carefully saving my airtime for used with my prepaid account.
However, MTN informed me that I would lose all my airtime immediately.
That is pathetic - this is air time I have paid for and accumulated every month.
I am very disappointed with MTN and am sorry that I ever made the mistake of signing up with them in the first place.
