I Have been having a SIM Card issue for a month now, and have phoned the call centre numerous times and have received no feedback or assistance.
I have sent a letter of compliant via email and sms, and still the issue is unresolved.
I moved over to Cell C two months ago, after having been with vodacom for 15 years, have have never had such bad service before.
Please can someone on a management level contact me, so that matter can finally be resolved.
