I am trying to cancel my mother's Telkom account as she died in January this year. The Telkom call centre say send a letter and copy of the death certificate which I have done at least 10 times.
Please cancel this account as you are billing me/my deceased mother which should not be allowed considering my efforts.
Telkom should be more sensitive to deceased estates! It is a challenging time, and Telkom just adds more tension to the whole situation!
