I bought an xperia go Wednesday 10 July 2013. The phone is supposedly scratch resistant, water resistant and dust proof. A day of use and surprise, suprise, i take the phone out my pocket and the screen is scratched. I call Sony and they refer me to my service provider who claim the phone is only water resistant and dust proof, not scratch resistant. If i did not read this ridiculous claim from SONY i would have bought a screen protector the day i bought the phone. Please stay away from SONY Phones, they have tarnished what use to be a good brand (Ericsson). The proof you can see in all the complaints logged on this site. please read before buying a Sony mobile phone. I have had Ericssons all these years, from T10, T68, T28, Vivaz, K500, Satio and now this . and i was intending upgrading my contract (in a few months) for the xperia z ultra. should i actually be doing this or should i go the Galaxy S4 or HTC butterfly S route. I await your feedback Sony. Unless you dont need my business then there should be no need for your to resolve my issue...
