Two months of data network issues

I will spare you the technical details. Short version - I have been having data problems for two months. I have called a few times, and wasted airtime, no resolution. I have sent 2 requests for someone to call me, I'm still waiting... I would like this to be resolved ASAP. I depend on my mobile for work, as does everyone. But I'm getting tired of continuously turning my data connection on and off for data to come through. Could someone please contact me asap, to resolve this issue??
