18 months ago I signed a contract with 8ta for a USB data internet service, this service has been sub standard from the beginning and has now slowed to a snails pace. It has been reported to 8ta numerous times, case 3807193, and to date I have not received the service I signed up for. 8ta have sent out techs with different ideas but no happiness for me. I have to ask the question have they bitten off more than they can chew or is it simply that they have got me over a barrel and are not really concerned.
