Repeated poor quality

Yesterday I purchased from KFC in Southdown's which is in Centurion. For some reason on pervious occasions, I have always had some problem with food supplied from that branch. I work in the Highveld area but live in Midrand. It's easier for me to buy from Southdowns as its on my way home. The only thing is, when I get home and there is a problem, I can't return it as its too far to go back. This time the coleslaw had expired and was gone bad. Somebody needs seriously have a look at the quality standards at that branch. Please don't call and offer me a replacement meal. You have done that in the passed and it does not work. Your staff don't seem to learn from their mistakes. I don't want another free meal. I would like KFC to to learn how prevent problems from taking place, not deal with problems only when they happen. Replacing a meal does not solve the problem of poor quality. I never have a problem at your Midrand branch. Maybe that's why they always so busy. At your Southdowns branch, from the time I entered and until I walked out, I was the only customer. And this was around 4:15pm. That should maybe say something.
