Needs to protect their customers

Good day,
My boyfriend was robbed inside the P'nP Southdowns store. The store does not have security cameras in the food aisles and they could not assist us in finding the perpetrator. This is not a very busy store but still they need to protect their customers. I want to claim from the public liability policy of this store for the damage and trauma we are going through. The cell phone was for work purposes and he cannot perform his work optimally because of this incident. Please contact me in regards to this as it is very important that this is resolved as soon as possible.
