Very Poor Service

We opened a mailbox at the Postnet Southdowns franchise, Centurion due to there being no post office postboxes available. I have had three parcels sent to our postbox. I have to constantly email the branch to enquire about my parcels. It generally takes 3 weeks for a parcel to be "delivered" to our postbox. These parcels were sent from another Postnet Branch. When enquiring about the whereabouts of the parcel with a tracking number, the feedback is "Oh we have to go and fetch the parcel from the post office".

This branch does not have any postboxes outside the branch so you have to collect all your post inside the branch. When you arrive at the counter, you are ignored. I was standing in the shop / branch for 7 minutes before the lady looked up and said "Oh, yes what do you want." This type of service is unacceptable not even to mention the fact that you have to constantly enquire about the whereabouts of your mail. We will be moving to another Postnet branch shortly.
