I handed in my Blackberry on the 6/3 and was told they'll be in touch. PHoned back yesterday to be told the phone is ready for collection. Only problem it's not fixed. Have now made 7 phone calls and escalated it and left messages and till date not one person at Vodacom has bothered to be in contact with me. I was told that Natasha is the supervisor of the area - she is unavailable on any of the 5 numbers I was given by the call centre person. Escalated it yesterday morning - we have a 24 hour turn around time. Till now - still no response. 9 phone calls later now. Do they not give a toss?
