I want to know how possible can someone know my conversation on my cellphone? It can either be calls or messages that person knows my A-Z of my cellphone. I logged a query with Vodacom wanting to know how possible is this and I was advised to take my phone to the nearest Vodacom. I did that and I was told by a Vodacom consultant to take my phone to repairs. I want to know how will I get proof that there is someone hacking my phone? I want print out of same urgently even if is the person telephone numbers, unless if I am being investigated. I am very disappointed and I need clarity. Where is my privacy Vodacom? Please advice before I switch to another network. I know the person but I need a written proof from Vodacom.
