Feedback/Response to Data query

I have contacted Vodacom customer care on the 24.01.2014 regarding my service messages that I don't receive on my handset. My query was escalated because they couldnt resolve it and today is the 28.01.2014 and still no feedback. I tried to contact them, on some of my calls I was on hold for 40min and longer. I have made screenshots of all the calls that I have made. Up until today I only received 1 call from them which unfortunatly I missed the call and since then nobody bothered to phone me back. I'm really struggling with my phone seeing that my Bank/Unisa and Vodacom messages don't come through on my phone.
