I have been calling Vodacom's customer care service non stop since this morning 11:43am till now with the same complaint about my blackberry. A sms was sent from my phone to someone else but was directly deleted after it had been sent. When I sent a sms after to a different person, somehow the two sms's intertwined and the respondent received something COMPLETELY different to the original sms I have composed and sent. This has caused a MASSIVE problem in my life as the sms was sent out HORRIBLY wrong! I have not been given ANY proper answer to my complaint as each consultant gives me a different story. I am HIGHLY starting to lose faith and have doubt in Blackberry as well as Vodacom as NO-ONE out of the 9 people that I have spoken to is able to answer my complaint or give me direct good advice as to why the situation has occured. I want proper answers and help to this situation as this is the worst service I have EVER come across and the worst situation it has placed me in!
