I am totally disgusted and frustrated about the service and attitude of Vodacom, clearly they do not want customers. This is the second time I am on Hello Peter about the same problem, spoken to 8 people, nearly three month without a phone... but still paying for contract. And the problem is still not solved... if you are not on Vodacom good for you... whatever you do DO NOT change to Vodacom... worst service I have EVER received Iin my life.
