I applied for a new contract on the 21/02/2013, in which i requested my existing number to be ported.
I was advised that I would receive my phone within 5 workings days.
A week later i received a call to say that I need to fill in a port request form, therefore I did not receive my phone, the form was completed on the very same day of request, and till today I am still to receive my phone.
I have tried contracting the call centre yesterday x 4 and this morning, however to just hang hoping your call does get transferred to a consultant which does seem to happen.
I am would like to cancel this request, and go to my orginal provider. It this is the service one receives.
