I am a loyal customer to MTN for several years now? 15 years. My account always have been paid in full every month and never been in arrears for all these years. On Friday 2013/03/08 @ 3:36 I did received an SMS from your offices stated records showing high usage. At? 18:00 on the same day I did activate my speaker on the phone to do a call with my staff, with some of my staff standing around me as part of the conversation. Then the unforeseen happen hearing a voice prompt over my cell phone utter the wording your service is suspended. I was never so humiliate in my life with my work colleagues standing next to me, then move away from my colleagues and phone the number stated on the SMS received namely 808.The operator informed me I did exceed my limit.( I never knew it exist on my account) Please supply me the contract I did signed not to exceed any limit. All your correspondence from MTN side to inform me before hand I am reaching e.g. 50% then 75% then 90% of my limit. Then proof of call/s or SMS stated you did inform me, regarding my service to be suspended. Also an apology letter from your MTN'S office putting me in a bad, uncomfortable, unpleasant not use to situation.
