Excessive bill even though I had set a limit

I have been a loyal nashua mobile customer for more than 6 yrs. I never expected such bad service and deceitfulness from them. I renewed my contract in December for an Iphone and I told the sales person at Centurion Mall that I want my call limit with all the subscription cost not to exceed R420.00 a month. To my surprise I got a shocking bill R755.00 in March. I called the call centre the lady told me that the network calculate the usage and I need to set a limit every month and I told her that this was never explained to me. Why do they let us SET A LIMIT if we can exceed it? Clearly this is a breach of contract and deceitfulness from Nashua. I am not willing to pay more that R420.00 a month that is why I SET the limit. If this cannot be resolved, I am willing to return their phone and sim card as its only 3 months into the contract and already Im getting such an excessive bill.
