I am very disgusted with Vodacom, the most untrustworthy and expensive cellular network provider in SA! I have a limit on my number so that my bill does not exceed R400, but when I checked my bill this morning, it was already standing on R1800! I questioned this with their customer care via email, but they only said that the limit is not gauranteed from a technical point of view, what utter nonsense is this, why is there than a limit in the first place! We have been clients of them for about 10 years, but I am now forced to cancel my contract due to this! This is daylight and blatent in my eyes as I did put a limit, but Vodacom never adhered to it. This has now also ruined my December holiday! Shame on you Vodacom!
