I upgraded my phone and got a fantastic R900 in Visa gift cards and was told by the Vodacom shop 24 hours to be activated. Well almost 2 weeks later and still not activated. and dialling the 0861 11 40 93 on the back of the card, does not help either, support does not answer the phone and boy you can leave messages and you wait for a call back.
After almost 13 years with Vodacom I am letting the contracts run out and changing my service provider.
