No Service in Lonehill area

Hi Vodacom.

I stay in Lonehill..White hills close avenue. And in around my complex there is no Signal and no data service as well..only when u drive away from the area u get messages of missed calls and data coverage. People with other network operators have no problem and have full signal everywhere.

Could you please let me know why its like this and if you can do something about it?
