I am extremely unhappy with the vodacom service. I upgraded my contract on the 28th January 2013. I received 2 gift cards when doing the upgrade. The gift cards were only activated today and I feel that I have been inconvenienced. I originally went to do the upgrade on the 7th January but couldn't because the store was waiting on the gift cards to be received. As a paying customer to vodacom I feel that I have to be compensated for my time as I was passed from one department to the other and know one was able to help me until I told the agent that I will be posting my complaint on Hello Peter.
