Hi, i took a 8ta contract on the 6th of Feb and to date i have probably called their call centre more than 5 times with the same problem: i took an unlimited calls contract that comes with an iphone 5. i took an sms bundle as well as data bundle post that. their network is the worst i have ever experienced. now i have resorted to asking people to call me on my old number bcos when they call either they cannot get thru, cannot hear me as he line is breaking or in the middle of a conversation it drops calls!
i cannot send sms's, i cannot make calls i have to try several times before i can connect, if i do then the call drops etc - i have a contract where i am paying R1, 599 per month but i am now using the old contract i have with mtn bcos if i need to make a call - it is like i am trying to get into a spaceship to mars - complicated!!! i also canni would like to cancel this contract as it is not serving its purpose and i am really frustrated imagine 24months of! THis is not right. The last straw was when i was told to go to the store where i bought my phone to get these issues sorted out, puzzled coz i thought this is done by technical people at call cent
