A few months ago, I cancelled the internet of the cell phone linked to mine. Recently, we called MTN to make the internet available again. I was told to simply reboot the phone and the service would be available. This did not happen. We called again and was told to call the Blackberry line (1555), which we did and were told that the calldesk needed to activate the service again, which apparentlly they never did the first time we called. We called the calldesk yet again and were told that it was activated and the internet would be available in up to 24 hours. That was about 48 hours ago and still nothing. MTN sent a survey to rate their service, to which I gave a poor rating AND details, but nobody called. Do they even use the feedback their customers give them? I doubt it. The thing is that this is not the first time we have experienced this same frustration for the SAME service - this is about the 3rd time we have experienced the same issue. It's a basic service MTN, why can you not get it right???
