Signed 2 year contract but phone doesn't work!

I have had an 8ta contract since May and have made numerous complaints about the fact that I simply cant use it! I STILL can't send an sms! If you check my account you will see I have NEVER sent an sms using this account. I have complained a number of times. I NEVER have network coverage so I can't make calls - check my account to verify this as well. I am paying almost R700 pm on a contract to make a couple of calls. I had to take out a Vodacom contract as well because at least Vodacom has some coverage! Now I have to pay for 2 contracts because I can't get usage on 8ta.
If you check my account you will see that most of the calls last a couple of seconds as every second call I make drops after a few seconds. The only time I can make calls is on the drive between work and home. The phone doesn't work in and around my offices (I work IN the MTN building in Fairlands) and live in Melville. As soon as I drive into Melville calls drop and the phone does not work anywhere in Melville. Before taking out this contract I checked to confirm coverage - the map on your site confirms 3G coverage for the whole Melville area and Fairlands. NOT ACCEPTABLE!!!
