Charged for a calls to allocated cell numbe

I took out a telkom mix contract in december 2012.i was impressed with the offer as it was tempting.. they gave me a 8ta cellnumber witha samsung galaxy. they converted my telkom land line as well. they said if a make calls to my allocated 8ta number from my landline i will not be billed. since January 2013 i am being billed for calls made to my 8ta cellnumber from my telkom landline. every month i have to call the call centre. when i call them they dont know what i am talking about. when i go to my branch in lenasia, they refuse to help me. the ladies guide me to a phone booth and say i must log a query, they got nothing to do with it.they dont realise that when i signed the contract they were the ones who helped me.the contract stipulates the following, free telkom tpo telkom calls daily after 7pm to 6am.15 free 8ta to 8ta minutes.60 8ta to telkom free minutes.and unlimited calls from 8ta to aone telkom number and telkom to one 8ta number unlimited calls. everything is fine exept thecalls i make from my telkom to 8ta number.they are not allocating the nummber but billing me every month.the manager at telkom lenasia is never there to assist. ref no sibongile 26/07/13-9.50am
