So who is incompetent? The call centre or the Vodacom shop in Northgate? Both say the other!
Another typical "don't care" response from Vodacom. Their service is appalling. Why can't a company that makes SO much money actual give good service? Surely that is easy?
The problem: A new iPhone, and an old one. Two SIMs (correct). The shop says I must call customer care 111 to effect the change over. I do that. They say the shop must do it, I must go back... The call centre says when I get there, the shop must call 111 to make the change!!! Incredible! I must waste more time. Why can't they just do it while I'm talking to them? Or why didn't the shop do it while I was there with the phones, SIMs, ID, everything...
I have over 10 accounts with Vodacom. It is something I seriously wish I didn't have. Working with this company just makes my blood boil every time. This is not my first Hello Peter complaint.
