I want to cancel my data contract as I do not receive signal where it was promised. when I phoned them they told me I could not cancel as I had not paid my account. I have a monthly debit order with them and if they do not debit my account I am unaware of this. why are we still paying for a service that we do not receive. I have been trying for a YEAR to cancel this contract, when I first queried it they sent out a technician who told us they were going to add a new signal tower. it is now a year later! no one ever gets back to me!
