After I was robbed in September 2013, received new phone from finrite in November 2013, I took the phone to the above store for a sim swop on 01/12/2013.Was told that the phone will be working in 48hrs. On 08/12/2013I returned to the store because wasn't working. Another sim swop was done. On 15/12/2013 I returned back to the store... phone not working. When I left the store the phone worked. Went home, called my daughter, and the phone was not working. Returned back to the store. Later that week received a call from Shaun, informing me that he`ll do a number swop. I had R300.00 plus airtime on the phone because the phone was blocked since September 2013.When received the phone my airtime I had R45.00 airtime.
