This is my second complaint. I am hinestly lost for words or even ideas. How on earth is TElkom ever going to solve this problem of slow adsl line speeds. Most days my line speed is under a meg even though I have a 4 meg line. We have called 10210 and 10217 umpteen times, been put on hold. We have even visited branches like Ballito and gateway. All they do is reset the port.. They say they have also sent out technicians. We never see them. The lines speed is inconsistent!!
This will be my last attempt to ask telkom to correct this. After that I will have the line disconnect and use another source. Telkom you honestly at what you do!
