My Telkom ADSL line completely died on Sunday evening, 05th May 2013 at around 22h00. I called in the next morning to log a fault.By the same evening the line was up again. However, the download speed has dropped drastically from a CONSTANT 950kbps to 90kbps. It has been two days now with this low speed. I called into the call center and was told this was not slow. I have a 10mb line! i am currently downloading as though I have a 1mb line. Telkom, i am paying you for a 10mb line so please sort this out asap! I am also less than 1km away from the exchange and i WAS getting extremely good speeds until the line dropped.
