Unacceptable Service Telkom

I have been reporting very slow Adsl line speeds for about 3 weeks now, and still nothing has been done about this! I'm paying for a 4mb adsl line but the speeds i am getting is clearly not that of a 4mb line. IS ADSL results show the Adsl line speed is in the range of 1k-1.2kbits/s where it should be in the range of 3-3800 [URL Removed] shows 1.08 mb/s dl speed and Saix 1.01mb/s? Tried 4 different isps, and all came to the conclusion that i am not getting the line i am paying for and that it is cleary the speeds of a 1-2 Mb line? My line always ran between 3000-3800 kbit/s and now i am stuck with this speed and nothing is being done about this. Telkom just keeps saying the line is perfectly normal! The weird thing is my friend who lives 1 block from me is experiencing the same problem for weeks now.

Telkom! Don't let us pay for a Adsl service that you cannot give us!
