Blackberry 9300 Complaint

I Yunus and Shihaam have a contract with MTN for 2 Blackberry's 9300. I pay a monthly fee of R630.00 cash for both phones. Both phones started giving problems in 5 months time. We took the phones in to MTN in Vangate Mall and they said the phones had to go in for repairs and booked it in. Before this, one phone has given problems and was replaced with another BB. Now both phones booked in again and they could not fix it. We had to put in a claim and after 3 months we are still waiting on feedback of which we had to pay every month the fee of R630.00 on time. This leaves us with no phones but still paying the bill. This is a huge problem because we are without phones and NO FEEDBACK from MTN. We had to buy a cheap phone to be in contact with family and friends, and need to be in contact with the work as well.
