Where to begin

Where to begin, I when to Mtn in Jacaranda to apply for my very first contract with Mtn (having problems with Vodacom was looking for a new provider) on 22 Feb 2013. I applied for the Uncapped Lite Sh@reLink B683 at R299 per Month. I was inform that they did not have routers in stock but will be getting stock the following week. So I waited for them to contact me which did not happen. So I phone back days later so find that I have been approved for the contract but there was still no routers in stock. So I waited again. On 3 March I when to the store because I have still not heard anything back. They informed me that they just got in a router for me and will just be activating the SIM for me and the I will be on my way. /- 2 hour later I was informed that there was a problem and that I will not be getting the the device yet. I was not happy but nothing could be done. On 7 March at 2:31am I get a sms that I have been billed R1451 for a device I have not signed for or received yet and is R299 a Month. So I phone Mtn again. They informed me back office has made a mistake and that they will log and call and let me know what is going on. I am still waiting for the call and my money!?
