Billing for broken phones

I have not paid my account on cell number 072 123 3639 and 084 7042 042, as my phone has been in repairs for 2 and a half months now, and it was suspended on the 14 of December, but I am getting charged for these months that is has been suspended and that it is in for repairs, my phones are still under warrantee. These are both blackberry's and I do not understand how I can get billed if the phones are not in a workin codition and not usable as I must bay for bis I cannot use as the phones is in for repairs, no negligence can be proven on my behalf. Whether this is a problem with blackberry I don't care as you sold the goods to me not them, I want to be billed correctly and not unfairly for goods I cannot use. This query I logged tellephonically on monday and as you contract states you will get back to me within 48 hours. You didnt get back and it has been 96 hours already, just like my repair contract said you will have you phones within 21 days and has been 2 months already. Please fix this as I have been a paying customer of cell c for 5 year now.
