Once I went over from pre-paid to contract, they asked me to provide a number other than myself, I provided my fathers number, and now all my sms that are suppose to go to me, go to him. I have phoned the call centre and requested them to change it to my number, but they have failed to do this. I find this a break in customer confidentiality and need to it resolved asap.
