Cellphone Contract

MTN phone me with a contract that included a cellphone wich I accepted the contract. The simcards was delivered within a few days BUT without the phone. (The simcards are still sealed.) The courier phone MTN and it was promised the next day. I started pay for several month, spoke to several supervisors wich also said dont worry the phone will be delivered. I the stop paying because I did not use the simcards (I dont have a phone) and hoped they will then deliver the phone as pormised. Nothing happend. Then they handed my account over to Norton Attorneys. The contacted me. I spoke to 3 agents there. Diana was the last one, she said she will look at my mails and telephone calls I've being making to MTN. The next thing I see. She did not phone me back or emailed me. I receive a mail from Norton that I have to pay them because I did not want to pay MTN. As Norton agents said all calls are recorded. I said on 2 calls that I'm willing to pay just give me phone as per agreement from the start. I still dont understand. How can you pay for something that you dont have. I am desperate for someone to help me. I've asked for help on several mails no reply. What stand me to do??
