If you phone my number and get the subscriber unavailable message, what costs are you incurring in making that phone call??? I havent used my number in a year, yet you are charging me for the calls made to that number. I havent been receiving any sms's you claim to have made but you are charging me for them. I dont know what kind of business you are running there but to me it seems you are money from unsuspecting clients. Musa was quick to point out to me that she is a regional manager when i asked to speak to someone senior, yet she failed to answer simple questions posed to her and to resolve the complaint. She told me I need to pay or else... As if I didn't have rights! I am appalled by her response and a dont-care attitude. How do you expect me to pay a bill which you yourselves cant explain?
