I recieved a call from Norton Attorney 20th Nov 2013 regarding my MTN account. I had retured a fon i bought from MTN after it started giving me problems within the first few days. That was in the begining of this year. MTN promised to cancel my account and gave me their Revenue Assurance number to prove that the cancellation has been processed on their system. Now I recieved a call from Norton Attorneys and I gave the lawyer the reference number to follow up with MTN coz i dont have the FON, therefore i will not be payin a cent to MTN. Norton Attorney is now sending me sms's on how much I owe MTN. This shows that they did not do their homework else d wudnt be contacting me. I urge Norton to sort this out ASAP without harasing me any further.
