I am under dept review for almost 2 years and I am keeping up with the payment according to the court order and paying my absa credit card. Still I keep on getting sms'es from Norton Lambrianos and phone calls? Who gets billed for that, who is liable for the costs for the sms'es and phone calls? I confirmed with Absa and they told me that my file was forwarded to them in error, still they don't stop!!! I am not prepared to talk to any call centre assistant any more, and would like feedback from a manager with regards to this. I am sick and tired of this.
