I signed on for the special from mtn for their broadband lite in their adverts and terms of conditions they state that you get full data speed while your in your 3 gb cap after that your data speed drops to 256kbps. after reporting to mtn on their selfcare system and on their customer care "slowline" that i only get speeds 100kbps to 200kbps on my full cap and 10 to 40 kbps on the of cap they told me it was because of bad reception i then went and got a booster antenna buying the antenna from the local mtn store for R800 it did nothing to improve my speeds i then lodged a new complaint on this matter on the selfcare system the querie has been closed with no response on the system or no attempt on their behalf of calling me. i then went to the local mtn store to have the contract cancelled and was told that it would be a breach of contract on my side and i would be held liable in my opinion it's breach of contract from mtn's side and they should be held liable at this time i can only hope that the time comes quicker for me to cancel all my mtn contracts.
