In January I was lent a phone by Nashua mobile. All well and good this but when it came to the data charges i was completely ripped off.
The phone i was lent was set up in such a way that there was no way to minimise the data cost as is the case with ones own device.
As a result I went way over the usual data that I use.
When this is brought to the providers attention, and not the first time I have had data issues, the standard line is "There is nothing we can do" so essentially stuff you mate.
I am stuck with them and the fact that I have had this contract for 20 years seems to be of little consequence.
Clearly loyalty is a waste of thime and perhaps the time has come for me to shop around.
I was about to swop 2 other contracts to Nashua, my parents contrac ts but am now going to put this on hold.
I would like for once for the network, provider etc to come to the party instead of hiding behind the red tape.
I am sure this will come to nought which is sad but the way the cell phone industry and their providers work.
