Trying hard but missing the yellow spot... Why??

This device was booked in on the 1st of March with a detailed description of the issue on hand.

On the 7th of March I phoned the repair centre seeking an update and I was informed that a firmware re-install was done and no issues found.

The problem is hardware related and as explained, can be replicated by using the phone for a period of roughly 5 minutes or more causing the phone to get warmer. Yellow marks along the right hand side of the screen can be seen, particularly evident when the background is light or white (such as in the settings menu).

It's incredibly inconvenient being without my usual smart phone and equally frustrating having to repeatedly try and explain to various employee at Vodacare what the issue is and how to replicate it.
