Missing information on contract cancel quote

On their cancellation quote which must be done within 7 days from quotation date - vodacom quotes you on a missing (with 1 digit) accountnumber - when you use the number given on the quote, internet banking rejects it - this delays your payment times, as when u call them to find out the service is really bad. however i finally got help aftet tons of emails and fone calls. with a response that the guy who did my quote should have told me what number to add last on my VODA account number. I find that this is malicious as they r delibarately trying to delay one from making online payments. as this extra info that I had to fone for could have been indicated on the quote under EFT banking details: call center was not very helpful, bt thanks to last

- Electronic Fund Transfer: Vodacom is listed as a public company at ABSA, FNB, NEDBANK and Standard Bank.
