One of you premium bankers working in the pretoria branch accessed information on my wesbank account and gave the info to their client. The info has landed in the wrong hands and i cannot described the damage that has done. Firstly when I signed my contract i thought it would be private and confidential and the contract was between myself and the bank. Your employee has contravened that. My info could be used for identity. How can he assist individuals to get information that is privy to him without me giving permission. I have no relationship with the Banker in question nor have i ever had any communication with him
I am definitely taking this up and will exhaust all avenues until it is resolved
