Vodashop Malmesbury - bad service

I had a very big account with Vodacom after I filled in papers to upgrade and the lady didn't submit my papers. I paid it off and went there to get another contract, so they told me my contract was paid up so I can upgrade to a s
cellphone with a laptop. When I phoned them after three weeks, the guy on the phone says my account is in arrears and cant get another contract. He was sooooo rude and I know I don't owe them anything.
