I phone in to Sandton City branch this morning, no one answers that phone. It can ring all morning and no-one will answer it, they should have a system to attend to calls if all consultants are busy.
After calling about 10 times a lady finally answered, who doesnt even wait to hear what i wan to say, she transfers me to another person who then drops my call without assisting me (Merlyn).
The reason why i spent my morning calling them is i opened a contract last week thursday with them, i went back friday and signed the contract, the lady promised to make an order and she would contact me either saturday or latest monday for collection. i didnt hear from her saturday and hence i am calling now because its a monday, but no one actually answers the phone in this branch.
At MTN, i can walk in the store open a contract and walk out with the handset, i dont understand why it is such a process with Nashua Mobile. A friendly sugestion would be to consider the time it takes to deliver to clients, because once a client signs a contract they are anxious to receive their goods. Why is this such a long process and please do something about your phone answering lady, if she can be nicer to peo
