Pathetic internet experience

I've purchased a Giga 200 data sim late last year, which was initially working fine. Then January came, and despite the sim registering a full HSPA signal, using the internet is virtually impossible.

There are even connection cuts every now and then as well. From what I've read on the MyBroadband website, the problem is most likely due to the inability of Cell C's infrastructure to cope with the load.

Its going on for 3 months now, and this is most unacceptable!!!
Due to nearly everybody complaining of a useless call centre, I'd rather not waste my time even trying to contact them.

This experience really steers me away to another service provider. I'd rather pay a little more for quality, than endure epic frustration.
