What a waste of time worst servive ever!

I went to Nashua Mobile in Canal Walk and gave all my documents as I was applying for a S4. The consultant helping me processed my information and promised to get back to me the next morning. Unfortunately i missed the call as my phone was on silent. However, my husband and I tried calling the branch back about 9 times a I urgently needed a phone. We then drove all the way to the branch to find out if the contract was approved or not. Once we got to the branch we waited for almost an hour just for the consultant to tell me the phone was approved but they waiting for my port to be approved. I then waited two weeks i then emailed the manager to explain my situation he never responded but the consultant who helped me previously did and said that my contract was not approved and he cant help me. I went to n1 citys branch to find out if they could help me. They were shocked at the bad service i received at canal walk and said they would definetly help me. They processed my information from scratch and i sat inthe branch for almost 3 hours. They promised to keep me updated as I would receive the phone the following week. It has now being 3 weeks and not a word from anyone. Very angry!
